Logged in hours -per agent per month
This is the average number of hours your agents are logged in as available. For example; one agent working 7.5 hours a day, 5 days a week, is 150 hours per month – based on a 4 week month.
Productive Time %
This is the % of the logged in time an agent spends on active customer interactions. Otherwise known as utilisation.
